How do I change my leader or reporting line?

To make changes to your reporting line, click the three dots next to your name at the top left corner of the screen.

1. Click “Change leader”.
2. In the pop-up menu, search for the person who should be your new leader.
3. Click on the person’s name, then click “Confirm”.

Note: If you are a people leader in Factor, they will automatically move and stay with you if you are moved to a new leader. If you don’t want them to move with you, you will need to edit their individual reporting lines first. Read the next section to learn how to do this.
